We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Delivery is handled by trusted courier companies.

Alexandria:
🚀 Same-day delivery available for orders placed before [ 4 PM ]
Otherwise: 1–2 business days
Cairo: 1–3 business days
Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
3. 💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:

Order size/weight
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before shipping.

We offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Egypt
Other payment methods (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
Note: Electra Store reserves the right to confirm COD orders before shipping.

If the customer is unavailable at delivery:
The courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer.
Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Electra Store is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Incorrect customer information
Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.)
However, we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.

If the package is damaged or items are missing:
Report it within 24 hours of receiving the order
Provide photos (if possible)
