At Electra Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

• The product is unused and not installed

• The product is in its original packaging

• The item is in resalable condition

• Electronic components (e.g., ICs, sensors, modules, Arduino boards, etc.) once opened or used

• Customized or special-order items

• Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or wrong voltage

3. ⚠️ Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• You must report it within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will:

• Replace the product, or

• Issue a refund, depending on availability

4. 🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within the same 7-day period

• The customer is responsible for any price difference

• Exchange is subject to product availability

5. 💰 Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

• Refunds are issued via:

  • Alternative method agreed upon (e.g., Vodafone Cash / bank transfer)

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
