The IRFP4568 150V 171A N-Channel Power MOSFET is a high-current power switching transistor designed for demanding power electronics applications. It is an N-channel MOSFET from the StrongIRFET™ family, specified for a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 150V and a continuous drain current of up to 171A at 25°C, making it suitable for high-power switching and power conversion circuits.

The device features a low RDS(on) of up to 5.9mΩ at VGS = 10V, helping reduce conduction losses when the MOSFET is fully enhanced. Its high current capability and low on-state resistance make it suitable for applications where efficient switching and high load-current handling are required.

The IRFP4568 is housed in a TO-247AC package, providing a practical through-hole form factor for power electronics designs and allowing effective thermal management when properly mounted to an appropriate heatsink.
